Bar y Tapas rewards card’s terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to your Bar y Tapas rewards card and govern the relationship between La Viña Restaurants (‘we’ or ‘us’) and you. Use of your Bar y Tapas rewards card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Bar y Tapas rewards card enables you to obtain exclusive card-holder discounts in participating La Viña restaurants.

Obtaining your Bar y Tapas rewards card

You can obtain a Bar y Tapas rewards card, free of charge, at any participating La Viña  restaurant.

Using your Bar y Tapas rewards card

You can use your Bar y Tapas rewards card at any participating La Viña restaurant. It is not a credit card, charge card or debit card. The card can be used with a maximum of 8 people dining. The Bar y Tapas rewards card cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, set menu, meal deal, voucher, voucher code or privilege card, whether issued by us or by any third party. Not valid on Bank Holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Christmas Day, New Years Eve. Discount does not apply to speciality pork and beef dishes, please view specific reward for full terms on each loyalty reward.

Expiry and cancellation

Your Bar y Tapas rewards card does not have an expiry date. However, we have the right to amend or remove the card from the business at any time. You have the right to cancel your membership of the Bar y Tapas rewards card at any time, by returning it to customer services. If you wish to cancel your card, you must contact customer services: 020 7121 3200 | enquiries@lavina.co.uk

Registering your Bar y Tapas rewards card

Register your card at www.lavina.co.uk/loyalty or complete the card carrier in a restaurant and pass it to a team member, who will register the card for you. This way, your card is assigned to you and we can update you on Bar y Tapas rewards card-holders’ offers and exclusive information about Bar y Tapas rewards.
